In 2020, we were commissioned to manage a strategic and operational turnaround of South Bank Students’ Union. Drawing on deep connections to the student movement, we supported the organisation to develop a new articulation of purpose, a culture supported by a new leadership framework, and significantly increased the diversity profile of the union’s staff team. Following that initial 6-month project, we are designing and delivering a learning programme to further embed change.
