Crisis

An 18-month project working with the strategic leadership group at Crisis to articulate and build a consistent leadership culture through and beyond the pandemic.

Over the course of 2020 and 2021 we worked with the Strategic Leadership Group at Crisis to support the development of leadership capacity across the organisation as they build towards a new strategy. Rapidly re-designed to run through the pandemic, the programme has supported 50 leaders at the organisation through a mixture of 360, coaching, workshop space and action learning as they navigated the most challenging and uncertain of periods.
